To Secure a Reservation:

50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the final payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment is required if ‘booking date’ is less than 8 weeks from date of arrival. Payments can be made by direct deposit or credit card: Visa/Mastercard payments incur a 1.5% surcharge and American Express incurs a 2.5% surcharge.

Cancellation:

There is 10% cancellation fee, calculated on the total accommodation cost.

Any bookings cancelled 56 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a refund minus the 10% non-refundable Fee.  “No Shows” and cancellations made 55 days or less to the arrival date, will incur a 100% cancellation fee equal to the total accommodation costs.  Cancellations must be acknowledged in writing by Marritz Hotel + Salzburg Apartments.

Should guests receive a positive Covid Result whilst in-house, they will be required to leave the property and will receive a 50% refund for any unused nights.

Note:

• The Tower Suite is only available for check in on a Friday for a 2 or 7 Night stay or on a  Sunday for a 5 or 7 Night stay
• Over-snow transfers are included in rates on arrival and departure in Perisher between 0700 – 2100
• Complementary Over-snow transfers are available daily; to and from the Walking Bridge between 0815 – 0915 and 1615 – 1715
• Infants 2 years or under stay free of charge, please note that dinner is not included
• Toddlers 3 – 4 years: breakfast, children’s dinner and kid’s club are included daily
• Children 5 – 14 years: breakfast, children’s dinner and kid’s club are included daily (dinner upgrade available $35/day)
• Adults 15 years and over: breakfast and 3 course à la carte dinner are included daily
• Porta Cots and High Chairs available Free Of Charge (limited availability)
• One night stays available on REQUEST Only
• Tariffs are subject to change at companies discretion and without notice
• Rates are quoted in Australia Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of a 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
