We are now recruiting staff for the upcoming 2026 Winter Season.

As we pride ourselves on providing a high level of service, it is a requirement that staff joining our team have prior experience as specified below:

Food & Beverage

  • 1 Year minimum working in a high pace Restaurant includes confidently carrying 3 plates
  • Proven experience in making a range of Cocktails
  • Proven experience as a Barista
  • Proven experience operating POS system
  • Current NSW RSA required prior to Winter Season

Housekeeping

  • 6 Months minimum working in a high pace Housekeeping Team cleaning in a Hotel or Serviced Apartments
  • Proven experience to complete cleaning tasks in a timely manner unsupervised

Kid’s Club

  • Proven experience working with Children
  • NSW Working with Children Certificate required prior to Winter Season
  • First Aid Certificate required prior to Winter Season

Kitchen

  • Chefs
    • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
    • 2 Year minimum working in a high pace Kitchen
    • Proven experience working unsupervised
  • Cook
    • 1 Year minimum working in a high pace Kitchen
    • Proven experience working unsupervised
  • Kitchen Hand
    • 6 Months minimum working in a high pace Kitchen
    • Able to assist Chefs in food preparation

Maintenance

  • Have a Trade or proven experience with maintenance tasks
  • Proven experience in Customer Service
  • Full Motor Vehicle Licence

Reception

  • 1 Year minimum working in a high pace Reception
  • Proven experience in Customer Service
  • Proven experience using Excel + Word
  • 6 Months minimum working in Food & Beverage
  • Current NSW RSA required prior to Winter Season

On-snow accommodation including meals, is available for full time staff only.
