We are now recruiting staff for the upcoming 2026 Winter Season.

As we pride ourselves on providing a high level of service, it is a requirement that staff joining our team have prior experience as specified below:

Food & Beverage

• 1 Year minimum working in a high pace Restaurant includes confidently carrying 3 plates
• Proven experience in making a range of Cocktails
• Proven experience as a Barista
• Proven experience operating POS system
• Current NSW RSA required prior to Winter Season

Kitchen

• Chefs
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • 2 Year minimum working in a high pace Kitchen
  • Proven experience working unsupervised
• Cook
  • 1 Year minimum working in a high pace Kitchen
  • Proven experience working unsupervised

On-snow accommodation including meals, is available for full time staff only.
